I discussed this matter with my mechanic who was on call on that day which happened to be Christmas eveA day we were closed, as was the customers regular plumber but did not have hour service as we doHe explained that the location of the clog was above this clean out and was not reachable
from that locationIt is possible that in my mechanics attempts and the length of time involved the clogged loosed or moved and was more easily accessible and was able to be clearedThat being said my mechanic arrived there at 10;16am and left at 11amOur OT rates our $for the trip out which also includes the first half hour of timeThat is where the charge comes from

not really sure what else to say/explainRejecting my response is fine but the fact stands that we were called out and you were charged for the trip charge amount only

I appreciate that the Revdex.com has requested that the texting communication be disclosedSo far, the complainant has refused and side stepped this issue and is effectively refusing to provide themThe text messages are at the heart of this transaction and verify what happened in this matterThe text messages themselves are my total response to this meritless complaintI am not permitted to disclose private information of clients, but the clients are permitted to do so

I am rejecting this response for the reason that the Falcone mechanic did not perform the job for which he was called as there was a way to clear the clog and he chose not to use it I will just hope this business does not continue to have an A plus rating with the Revdex.com, mainly because they did not fix the problem and I had to pay again to have it fixed, he never contacted me after my complaint to him, was rude to me when I called him again and he took days to get back to Revdex.comThank you

This is not a response. He is asking that I provide texts Communications between myself and mr. [redacted] he can easily provide those texts he did not respond except asking for text and I say that this is without Merit he did not do his job that he stated to me he would I'm the one that cleared up the matter and he did not deserve to be paid for doing nothing.
