Review: When I call the office I feel like i'm getting the run around and no return calls. They have been having a problem with the phone service since mid March. It is now April 20th and the problem still exist. The phone hangs up after 3 seconds of it being answered, no voice on the other end. I ask for the individual handling my case, gave my name and the person is never available nor are my calls returned. This individual returned my calls when I was proceeding with the divorce. There were issues then but at least I got a phone call. I have since called and they answer, with voice, and as soon as I say may I speak to… the phone goes dead. I can call back 3 consecutive times back to back and the same result occurs. All three offices Richmond, Norfolk and Arlington, Virginia have this on going issue. If I do get an answer the individual is busy, on a call or just left. No return call on the next business day. This is a repeat on numerous occasions.Desired Settlement: Advocate with a kind representative who is willing to help and can give me definite answers and/or come to an agreement based on policy if necessary.

Review: I went to this law firm/office to file an uncontested divorce. I went to the office and 'hired' the firm to assist in my divorce. After a week, I had not heard from them. I called the office and they stated they were not sure why the paperwork had not been started. After a couple of days, I decided to fire them and go with another law firm. I contacted the law firm via email and I never received a response back. I called the office on multiple occasions to discuss my refund and they stated they would talk to Mr. Ephraim to give me back the money minus administrative fees (which I believe were $35). I understood and waited. After a week, I still had not received anything and I called the office only to find out they couldn't find my file and would look for it and give me a call. I never received a call back. I called again and they stated they needed my credit card number to refund my money which I gave to them. After a week, there was still nothing. I called the office again to be put on hold for more than 15 minutes only to be told they would credit my card and I would have something soon. Another week passed by and still nothing. I called the office again and sent multiple emails on the status of my refund and no response (neither phone call or email). I called again this morning (13 Aug) and was placed on hold and then automatically transferred to a voice mail. I left a voice mail and sent another email to the firm. I am completely fed up with this law firm and their unprofessional customer service. I am hoping that the Revdex.com will be able to assist me in this matter as I no longer want to have any further dealings with this law firm! Please let me know if I can do anything further to get this resolved.Desired Settlement: After all of this time, I feel they should credit my credit card the FULL amount of $250.
