I spoke to [redacted] yesterday on the phone (8-4-16) I was told to reply to this email I worked for [redacted] in I installed a peep hole in his front door and warned him that the this wood veneer on the door may crack or splinter when we drill the hole End result, that is exactly what happened He was having previous issues with the same door, lock not working properly and door sweep not working properly as well He was to talk with the HOA of the building about getting a replacement door Once he was denied replacement of the door, he came back to me and said that NatiBuck needs to replace his entire door I refused to spend that money on an entire door replacement over a 2" crack on the veneer that I warned him about prior to installing the peep hole I went back out and met with [redacted] and addressed puttying and staining the crack, which we did He was not happy again, so I went back out again and removed the putty and stain He persisted that I replace his very expensive door over a 2" crack and had multiple other issues prior to NatiBuck completing work at his residence I refused again and left the residenceI offered if he bought a new door, we would install it for him, apparently that was not good enough? [redacted] reached out one more time later that year and I ignored the email because there was nothing more I could do and I was not going to purchase him a new door Please feel free to contact me if you need any more information on this subjectThank you, [redacted] ***NatiBuck Contracting Owner [redacted]

After review of this complaint, I'm a little perplexed We hold customer service and our disclosures very high and I'm saddened that [redacted] has endured this. However, after researching this complaint - I found things that has been misspoken [redacted] mentioned in her complaint that she never received contract, payment or anything PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS All our contracts, dealing with finances and payment history is signed/submitted via DocuSign [redacted] has always had these contract, finance copies, outlining her exact amounts and when due During the time of her contract, she was using the email address: [email protected] All documents went to that address for her to sign and download copy for herself.I've also included a copy of her Utility Rebate acceptance That, along with the Residential Tax Credit of 30% of project cost: $25,x 30% = $7,plus her Utility Rebate, the total is $10, At the end of each year, as a curdisy, we give our customer the IRS Form needed to apply for the Residential Tax Credit [redacted] did however come to our office today requesting the tax form and mentioned of her divorce and would like the panels moved to her mom property The secretary took her email address down and we emailed that information to her - at a different email address of: [redacted] [redacted] also mentions in her complaint that she has called several times over the year and communication has been non-existent Then its stated unless she calls the office.Another point mentions signatures in the wrong area and that we say it doesn't matter as long as it's signed! SEE ATTACHED All are signed (electronically) in the correct spot and our in house document is signed on the correct spot (I cant add any additional docs).Unfortunately, we can not cancel [redacted] out of her contract

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.- We were never shown a product 'ordered from ***' as a replacement*** *** left the matter as "I'll go look and see what *** has and let you know"We heard nothing after thisI seriously doubt anything was ordered from ***This businessowner is lying and making up information.- Door replacement is the only option to remedy the damageIt is disappointing the businessowner is not taking accountability for damage caused.

never received contract, payment or anything.  PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS.  All our contracts, dealing with finances and payment history is signed/submitted via DocuSign.  [redacted] has always had these contract, finance copies, outlining her exact amounts and when due.  During the time of her contract, she was using the email address:  [email protected].  All documents went to that address for her to sign and download copy for herself.I've also included a copy of her Utility Rebate acceptance.  That, along with the Residential Tax Credit of 30% of project cost:  $25,000 x 30% = $7,500 plus her Utility Rebate, the total is $10,000.  At the end of each year, as a curdisy, we give our customer the IRS Form needed to apply for the Residential Tax Credit.  [redacted] did however come to our office today requesting the tax form and mentioned of her divorce and would like the panels moved to her mom property.  The secretary took her email address down and we emailed that information to her - at a different email address of: [redacted] also mentions in her complaint that she has called several times over the year and communication has been non-existent.  Then its stated unless she calls the office.Another point mentions signatures in the wrong area and that we say it doesn't matter as long as it's signed!  SEE ATTACHED.  All are signed (electronically) in the correct spot and our in house document is signed on the correct spot (I cant add any additional docs).Unfortunately, we can not cancel [redacted] out of her contract.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The other issues with the door were repaired by the building's developer and not relevant to this matter. I contacted the business owner multiple times to obtain repair- he applied putty one time. He returned with a ring that was intended to conceal the damage but it did not fit. He said he was going to return with a special order part from [redacted] that would fit, this is the last I heard from him. Below are the e-mails[redacted]  11/06/15 at 2:14 PMTo [redacted]

[redacted]You have not responded to our previous communication. The door issue is not resolved. At this point we would like the door replaced as we are not going to spend any time with any other solution you may suggest- you have not followed up and give us no reason to believe we can trust you to do so. I assure you we will pursue all means necessary to ensure you resolve this issue to our satisfaction and are prepared to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and/or pursue litigation as necessary. Contact me as soon as possible to schedule the replacement.[redacted] From: [redacted] To: [redacted]
