Hired to write prepare Last Will and Power of Attorney for my year old dad Picked up documents, numerous errors Attorney was going on vacation and would not be able to fix for a couple of weeks, hard to get of hold of My dad passed away without a will because of the errors in the documents did not sign them Mr [redacted] has refused to refund the $that I paid claiming he has provided a service Never apologized or accepted responsibility for errors My mother has been dead for years and he put her as having POA - claims this is what I asked him to do, last time I checked, I am not crazy! Would never send anybody to him

I am rejecting this response because:...

We have gone round in circles, Mr. [redacted] has no intention of  returning my money.  He does not listen.  I have sent him copies of e-mails, to which he replied, letting him know of these errors in a timely matter.  Can't get this across to him,  he refuses to accept responsibility - that is why I have submitted this complaint.   We have talked about this as well as e-mailed, I don't think another meeting will resolve this.

This client was supposed to review the documents and inform me of any errors of which she did not do. When I gave her the opportunity to discuss this with me and prepare a reasonable solution and possible refund she never responded.
