The Law Office of Thomas A. Farinella

Working with Thomas Farinella on my Eviction case was a nightmare. This guy is the biggest Shyster I have ever met. I retained his services for an eviction in 10/22 and for 6 months he lied about court cases being adjourned. finally in 3/23 I went to the courthouse because I had enough of all of his lies and it turned out he didn't even file any paperwork with the courts after 6 months of lying and jerking me around. After I confronted him about it he said there was an error with filing the case which was just another one of his many lies. Then he offered to refund my retainer in full which I have only received half of my money back and I am still fighting for the rest. I would never recommend this Attorney to anyone and would strongly advise anyone considering his services to take their business to a more reputable firm. Thomas A Farinella is the biggest lying sg attorney I have ever dealt with.
