I am rejecting this response because: I usually enjoy my WonTon soup with noodles - there were none. The same is true with the Shrimp with Lobster sauce The Egg Roll was without the duck sauce, the dumplings had no dipping sauce and the combination platters were without the soy sauce. Furthermore, the food was off and not as good as in the past The food was thrown awayWhen I called the restaurant to tell them they forgot the items, all they said was to come back for itI explained it would take over minutes and if I did so, the food I had at home would get cold. I SAID ON THE TELEPHONE: HOW CAN I ENJOY THE MEAL WITHOUT THE NOODLES, ETC. THEY DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT BRINGING THE FOOD BACK!. If they did, I would have saved the garbage and brought it back.

We offered $discount for the consumer's order because we were sorry that our employee made a mistakeHowever, he was no willing to take our offerHe insisted for getting the full refund with only a receiptThe customer told us that he was not satisfied w/ the food and threw all of them out
But we can't just simply give a refund without getting our food back and actually proving that it is less than desirableIf every customer takes out the order and comes back asking for full refund by simply saying he/she throws out the food, how can we keep running as a business? For example, if we buy an item from a store and we are not satisfied with it, then we will need to return the item in order to get a refundWe can't just go to the store and tell them to give us a refund without the item or saying that we throw out the itemThe store won't buy thisIn addition, we have not received any complaints regarding our food taste, so we did not really understand when he stated every item was badIf he could bring back the food, then we were able to investigate whether his statement was true or notBut we did not get this chance toAs a business, we are still willing to make a good faith effort to resolve this issue though
