I've paid $4500 for something that was not delivered. No one from the group was able to give me any updates on my case until I had to go in physically to request for a face meeting. then one of the lady told me that she will did do the validation and assured me that she will email me the foreclosure validation again. I don't feel it's professional at all when I have to call several times to follow up on my case and still didn't receive any phone calls or status of my case. I feel like either your group took in too many cases and was not able to hire enough people to process the case. Then several months later, I was told that they changed their name to Marcam Law Group.
