The Law Offices of Jo Anna C. Parker, LLC Reviews (3)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10129236, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
It seems that once again JoAnna has missed a message in her emailThe response on July 23, was replied to on July 24, This would mean that the day reply time would have expired on Thursday, August 7thTherefore, repeating the same message does not seem knowlegableHowever, it is not surprising that she is attempting to buy herself more time because she has fallen short on her responsibilitiesThat being said, I no longer feel compelled to leave my previous offer on the tableI DO NOT AGREE TO PAY JO ANNA ANYTHINGThe balance should be written off in fullShe has now not only disregarded her own legal binding contract, but has also disregarded time lines set by Revdex.comWhen there was no reply as of August 7th my thought was that the complaint had been closed and therefore balance written off because of failure to complyThen today there is a responseIs Jo Anna not given the same days as the client?
I appreciate your continued support throughout this agonizing experienceI await your response as to how to proceed

I had previously responded to this complaint on July 23, I will resend below
I am in receipt of MrR.H.'s second demand that his balance be forgiven
MrR.Hhas again, chosen to disregard the fact that I have already forgiven $3, 891.25, a majority of his balance owed "From a business stand point" as he points out, if I were a large corporation, he would not have been forgiven that amount in the first place I am not, however, a large corporation and I strive to please my clients Each client is more than just a number or a file I truly believe in every client I represent and am disheartened as much as they are if they do not achieve the outcome they wanted in CourtDespite all of the personal attacks he has launched upon me personally, and moreover the complete lack of appreciation for the amount of hours of service I provided MrR.H., I still want him to be satisfied Therefore, my final offer is to reduce another $1,making the total amount deducted from his bill $5, His current balance will now be $1,
I appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint and urge you to contact me if you have any further questionsI believe this is a very successful tool in business-client conflict resolution and a great way to find an amicable settlement
Best regards,
Jo Anna CParker

Dear Representatives of the Revdex.com:
I am in receipt of a complaint filed by a former client MrRHTo specifically address the billing issue, MrR.Hwas provided a bill where roughly $3,was forgiven He was informed that he would not be charged the $3,but that amount was not specifically outlined in the bill itself In other words, I did not type out each and every email that was sent and received and show on the bill where I denoted that as no charge I simply conveyed to him that there was a forgiveness of roughly $3, MrR.Hwas further disgruntled and made claims and demands against me via email whereby he asked me to respond to him within a certain number of hours In doing so, I took the time to type in each and every line by line item that I provided to him at no chargeAs it turns out, the exact amount forgiven was $3, The second bill merely showed additional amounts forgiven and not charged to himAlso in adding those amounts, there was an additional $that was not charged as it should have been and that number was added I requested that MrR.Htell me what he thought the new negotiated price that he owed for services rendered should be By my calculations his total amount owed is $3,That amount reflects the $3,that was forgiven The next communication I received from him was harassing in nature, threatening, and personally upsetting I no longer represent MrR.Hand have no reason to communicate with him further If I were to charge MrRHthe full charge of the hours billed in the case he would have a balance of over $7, I have not and do not anticipate doing that, even though it is within my discretion to do so
If you have any further questions regarding this ongoing situation, please do not hesitate to call me It is my personal goal to satisfy each and every client to my fullest ability and I personally strive to have every client leave my office with a smile In this instance, MrR.Hhas said so many insulting things to me that I feel there is no way to make this client happy I will, however, continue to attempt to do so
Please adviseBest regards,Jo Anna CParker
