I don't recall when or if I received your First Notice regarding Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, but I do know that he had cashed our refund check to him prior to your Second Notice dated June 24, 2017, and received July 1, 2017. I would have hoped he would have informed you of said fact and or you would...
have inquired of him, prior to your most recent notice. Without being more specific, the refund check in question (#4115) was prepared and mailed on June 14, 2017; and, said check was deposited in Navy FCU on June 19, 2017.
