A signed Intake Sheet from Ms***; 2.) A signed Representation Letter; or 3.) A retainerSubsequently, any efforts on our parts ceased based upon the general terms of our Representation Letter that apparently she did not want to commence by depositing the appropriate funds and returning the documents.We closed the file, sent the final bill, and that is our position at this timeIf she feels she does not need to be billed for that work, she needs to contact this office.Cordially Yours, John *H***
