I signed realease for my sons check 6 months ago..havent heard whats goin on and receptionist cuts me off and they never call me back to know status.My mother( [redacted]) and son([redacted]) were in car accident on [redacted]. We hired the attorney within week of the accident.my mothers claim and sons claim were done seperately.my mothers case was settled over 9 months ago but my son has lean on check.I had already signed a release roughly 3-4 months ago but recieved nothing.Everytime I call to get an update the receptions cuts me off and puts me on hold without telling me then she tells me my lawyer will call back which she never does I have called 3 times within past two weeks as I am getting highly irritated.Its been 3yrs since I have filed my claim, I just want this I ssue resolved.I believe they take on more cases than what they capable of handling.Desired SettlementI want my sons case to be settled and his check recieved or atleast get a respectable answer on whats going on.Business Response This is a personal injury case which settled back in [redacted] of 2014 with the anticipation that the [redacted] carrier would pay all of the medical bills. The case was settled on a joint tort basis half of the settlement check came in from [redacted] ins. [redacted] 2014 and the other check came in on [redacted] 2014 from [redacted] but had [redacted] name on the check. We had to contact [redacted] hosptial to negotiate their bill and they are accepting less money. We are still working on getting the medical bills paid by [redacted] They have contacted medical providers to put the bills on the proper forms with [redacted] codes. I have sent [redacted] demand to [redacted] and have placed multiple calls to the carrier. They are still working on paying the ambulance bill and once that is paid we should be allset to dsburse to the client. thank you.
