Hello Has anyone else who has been in a car accident, hired a attorney but was unsatisfied with how the attorney treated your case, unfortunately I was a victim involved in a car accident, I saw the chiropractor as needed and the chiropractor refereed me to a medical center where they injected shots into my back to possessively help then stoop the sharp pain in my back but now months later I still feel the sharp pain directly where the needle was injected into my muscle on my middle back close to my spine, I have been trying to ignore the pain but that is hard to do because sometimes it gets worse, I was wondering if there are more people having the same issues because certain injury lawyers want you to see certain chiropractors and doctors only to get a over charged bill for the insurance to pay and some are not in the best interest of the clients well being or compensation, if enough people take a organized stand for our true entitlements, health well being and fair compensation we can properly get the settlement you truly deserve

I was told that my bills would get paid, however, all of them were not. I didn't find that out until two years later. They were put on my credit. [redacted] and [redacted] asked me for all of my bills including my daughter's. After I inqured about the past due bills on my credit, they said the statue of limitations are up. They informed me that because my daughter's were not injured, they had no reason to represent them (although they are minors). That bill was made for getting them checked out. To make sure they were OK. Yet, I am responsible. They should have told me this in the beginning, instead of having me not contact the insurance company to take care of it they led me to believe they'd take care of everything. The crazy part is, they had me to send them a copy of my daughter's bill. In addition, there is still a balance on my bill. They told me to call the attorney the brought in on my case. He told me to call them.
