I really wanted to give no stars, but unfortunately, at least star is requiredMy total experience was horribleThey only called me ONE TIMEAnd that was to arrange the meet and greet at the beginningOther than that, nobody called me at all until I reached out to the supervisor, Mr Ash B [redacted] , and asked him to call me because Ms Shanice H [redacted] was horrible at communicating anything other than "I don't know what is going on with your case, when I do, I will let you know" I did my closing document October 10, Was told case would be closed by 2-weeksToday is December 4, And I have yet to receive my money or even a dateThe send was issued by the insurance company on November 9, and received by the lawyer office November 20, Was told it would be business days for accounting department to clear check and issue on in my nameThen on the 6th business day was told that it would be 5-business days and that it SHOULD be sometime this weekThey have denied different loans from company that gives loans while in the middle of a case and they also have yet to disperse said fundsAll I want is compensation for my pain and sufferingI feel the people that handled my case: Casey N***(attorney) Shanice H***(reduction and closing department) and Ash B [redacted] ( so called supervisor) are completely incompetent

THEY LOST DOCUMNETS AND REQUESTED THEM AGAINTHEY MISLEAD ME TO SIGN ON ONE OF MY CASES THEN I GET A LETTER IN THE MAIL THEM SAYING THERE DROPPING MY SECOND ONE !! NOW NOBODY WILL PICK UP THE CASE ! THEY SENT ME TO NUMEROUS OF DOCTORS ACCUMALATING MEDICAL EXPENSES BECAUSE THEY KNEW I HAD A CASE THEN THEY DROPPED IT !! GREEDY THEY HAVE BEEN HOLDING MY SETTLEMENT FOR OVER MONTHS GIVING ME EXCUSES WHY IT HASNT BEEN RELEASEDI GO TO THE OFFICE SINCE NOBODY WILL RETURN MY CALLS AND EVERYONE REFUSES TO SEE ME OR EVEN SCHEDULE A FUTURE APPT UNTIL I REFUSE TO LEAVE UNTIL SOMEONE DOES!! THEN I SEE A MIDDLE MAN WHO STILL REFUSES TO SCHEDULE A APPT WITH MY ATTORNEY THE ADJUSTER ETC!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE AND WILL LOOK YOU IN YOUR EYES GRINNING WITHOUT INTEGRITY!! I have called the office of Kanner and Pintaluga multiple times (5) to get voice mails every time I call, I have yet to receive a call backI haven't heard from them since NovemberIn November this law firm still didn't answer any of my question or concernAs of today its been a year since my accident and I still don"t have any answer or resolution to my case

I came in to contact with K&P May 4,I have had issues with my case for almost two years nowMy case still haven't been settledWhen I call, they rarely answer, and if they do, I have to wait minutes to talk to rude staffI have been lied to for months about my caseI was told from the start my case would take a months to a year, but it has been years at this pointThey keep adding medical bills that was not discussed in my offer, and these medical bills that don't have anything to do with my case accidentFrom the start they didn't help me get my car fix, so I had to call the people insurance company my selfI lost my job due to this accidentI was forced to agree with the offer that did not include pain and suffering, wages lost, and cell phone damageThese past few months have been very frustrating with K and P.II ended up having my baby weeks early due to this stressBecause I have not gotten this money, I'm almost homeless having to deal with this situat

The firm is bad with returning calls and emails, they don't keep you updated with your case and then when you do speak with someone they lie and tell you anything to get you off the phone, I received an email on XX-stating that my case was closed and the documents was being sent over never received them, I called to see what was going on, the assistant tells me that they still waiting on a reduced bill from hospital and as soon as they get it it will be done and wrapped up which he said shouldn't take longer than or weeks, so I wait the two weeks they don't reach out and say nothing so l call them and assistant Adam Stodel gives me the number to the hospital and the lady names he been dealing with to see if l can get a response which I did and they got what they was waiting on, then they tell me after they get the one paper they was supposedly waiting on that now they waiting on two more, keep in mind the insurance sent them the check way back in June 2016, they have had this

I was involved in a accident on March 25, To this date, no progress has been made to resolve this issue in a caring and sufficient manner
First, my car was not fixed as noted on the completed repairs for my car
The repair shop states that they gave me a tire that they did not provideWhen mentioned to lawyer, issue was not and still not taken care of to this day
Second, the original case manager was not doing his job to his complete abilityThis lead him, ***, to be firedMeanwhile, no one notified my that my case manage was changedI called to find this out two months later
Third, they never call to inform of any new information or updatesWith a loan taken out and progress moving slow it is very frustratingI have made every step to gather information, which I was advised to do by the case manageThe lawyer wants me to do all the foot workAlong with this, recently, they informed me that they are waiting for my insurance to provide the award from a claim place

Just like some of te reviews here my wife and I have had the same experience I wont ever recommend this firm they hardly ever communicate and the last email I sent them its been over weeks and they have not answered
My wife was driving on the company car while working and got rear ended, long story short, my wife ended having to open a workers comp suit (my wifes workers comp attorney reccomended us to ask them to hurry the process because insurance would want payback for te settlement) we asked about the payback of the settlement and this Firm said that she wouldnt have to payLater we received a letter from the insurance requiring my wife to pay the money backSecond they take forever to answer back emails and when we call whoever is in charge of her case suddenly is either out of the office or no longer works thereIt is also been over months since the accident and supposedly they're still trying to get some information on some of the bills
So from all the other reviews it seems as if poor communication with this firm is a standard so please if you read this review DO NOT hire this firm DO NOTThey lie so they can get your money supposedly they settled for 100k in my wife's case about months ago and it still time she has not gotten a penny of that settlement

This is the most unorganized companyThey really need to get it togetherLack of communication from the lawyersI had to call them because its goes months without a email text nor call from themI suggest nobody uses them as a attorney

Extremely unprofessional and horribly unresponsiveThey've lied about the fact that they are aggressive and keep you in the loop concerning your caseHiring them was a HUGE mistake

What I really liked about law firm Kanner & Pintaluga is their customer service skills. They always returned my phone calls and emails, whether it was a follow-up call or questions. They were quite prompt and efficient while working on my case to retrieve my injury claim. I would highly recommend them to my friends, family, and the general public. The attorneys at the law firm of Kanner & Pintaluga are well qualified or professional in their field of work.
