This law office is so and ethnical They don't follow the court Rules when they are engaged in a lawsuitThe staff of this law firm believe that it's OK to use intimidation and threatening to go hers let against into settling claims with themI have personal experience to this as I was a little get in one of their cases and my mom also When they do file court papers they are riddled with lies and errors I honestly believe that this law firm pays off judges to render verdicts in their favorMy mother had a case and the paperwork clearly clearly with out a doubt showed that her former and landlord who was represented by this law firm was in the wrong and liable to her however the judge ruled against my motherThis law firm will say that they want to negotiate with you and work out of thing with you but are totally unwilling to talk to negotiate anything outside of court

These guys put a judgement on me so I emailed them asking how to get it taken care ofThey told me to call the office to set up payment plans,so I did and they told me over the phone that I need to email them 5o get the paperwork for payment plansI emailed them twice asking for the paperwork, on the second time I told them that this was the second time that I'm asking and the next step 2as to go to Revdex.comThey then emailed me again saying to to check out the attchmentI emailed them saying that there was no attachment with photocopy of the screenThat was four days ago(09/12/2018) I have yet to receive paperwork

These guys are a debt collector for an apartment complex I use to live atI called to talk to them and was hung up on more then once not happy with the way they treat people when they call

Kirk Cullimore and his legal Aide Gayle Gave out Private information about me over the internet and it cost me the sale of my homeThe worst part is the information was about a debt from which was charged off by the company He picks up a expired SOL debt that has is over with and tries to collect on for this company without them knowingAs a so called lawyer he should know not to send E mails out on the web saying my name and lying about how much I owed.when I ask this Gayle his assisant what it was for she said a couch and samsung T.Vin Good work you It went to collections and was on my credit years before Lost 400,sale of my home because I couldnt get title insurance with their great detective workwhat law school did you go to ?? have you heard of Fair Dept Collection Practices Act ??? or the word Time barredsee you in court

This place is just criminal, that's all I can say They garnish my wages for a debt my mother owesThey have me labled as her spouse on the affidavit Can't double check sourses, I didn't get one single packet of paper work, over the course of years Then they send me one packet saying they're gonna garnish my wagesWhat kind of practice is this? No communication, they let a few hundred dollar debt build up to almost thousand and then file for garnishments, towards the child of the original debt owner Mislabel the paper work in their favor so they can collect from me This is the worst law firm I have ever seen in my life I didn't even know this debt existed, I didn't get my due process to appeal it, or fight itI have been living in the same place for more than yearsI haven't been hiding from anythingAnd now they are coming after meMy mother has been living in the same place for longer and she hasn't received any paper work eitherNo one has been hiding from anythingMy mother lives less than miles from the place garnishing my wagesAnd the couldn't find her, yet they find me in Pennsylvania

This place is very crooked They are very shady and do illegal actsLindsey the collections supervisor was rude as hellShe hung up on meI had no problem paying the debt because I was in the wrong and owed the moneyThe issue came when I spoke to a representative by the name of Amber and was told that 600$ was the remaining amount left to be paid and they would release the garnishmentI am now 1314.96$ later and was told i'm not recieving any refundI was told rudely by Lindsey "because there is nothing in writing when they do negotiations, that our offices could do anything they like"That includes going back on a previous negotiationThis is after I have given up 6000$ to their offices might I addThey handled this situation poorly and when Lindsey hung up on me after asking for her last name, that was the icing on the cake for meThey lied to me and the result of that has now caused me to pay an extra 714$Money that was going to be used for my family Christmas giftsAt the end of it , I got an "oh well"Once again I had no issue paying the debt but once I got lied too that's when I had an issueLindsey was a horrible representation of Customer ServiceHORRIBLE *** : Here you go for any others that deal with themMake sure you get everything in writing and document everyone you speak tooProtect yourself because they are out to get you

I had an account from RC Willy's that went into collection with this law firm I got the account paid off exactly as I had agreed with collection
When I recently pulled my credit report, I found that they have continued to pull a hard credit inquiry on my account LONG AFTER my obligations had been met
I called to ask them to quit placing inquiries against my credit and got a recording My call still has not been returned
This was all due to an oversight on my part but once I took care of my obligation, THEY need to close out the file properly Not sure if this is considered an illegal inquiry of not I will be checking into that question if I do not get a call back soon

Cullimore is a great law firmI have worked with them many timesThey are always professional and courteous and do an excellent job

Kirk C*** and his company is beyond unprofessional and thievesThey are unwilling to work with you on past debt, but state that they are, and offer no resolutions before giving notice of the debt becoming a garnishment

This person is NOT a client of our firmOur client has a judgment against herShe is a defendant in a lawsuit that is being handled by my officeMy name is on the firm but I have many paralegals and attorneys who handle various mattersSince she is not a client but a defendant in a lawsuit, I

Was dealing with an eviction my church helped me pay the past due rent and the church advised them that the payment they were making was to go to the rent instead this firm put the amount to their fee and it has been a round and round thing

Cullimore is a lying douche bag He pushes the limit and even does illeagel manovers to his advantage using his power when he knows the defendant does not have the funds to fight him Everyone in his office is rude and there is no way anyone would give this man a positive report unless it is a family member or someone he had paid

This place is ridiculous if you read the responses to other complaints are the same I lived in an apartment for years, during this time this place never changed carpets, paint walls, etc On the other place I am living now they have done this twice in a year, they do this every months Now they are charging me for damages that were done due to living on the place, I did pay all my rent I am not in debt with this place I also filed several complaints with this apartments due to the fact that they have some relatives from the Landlord trying to access my home and they steal some property, there's even a police report filed against this people and nothing happened I don't feel responsible of paying to them when I don't owe them for rent and I always pay no matter if I was late I paid and all my fees were also paidThis needs to be reviewed since if you live in a place for years or more of course there's going to be some things showing not perfect for the usage

The company is a jokeThey really only do care about getting paidThey have some great staff that could have better jobs doing some real good to help people outBut they don'tDo not use them
