Hello, I provided a $2500.00 Retainer To this law firm. This was to help me start to get visitation to see my daughter ***. I am so disappointed and frustrated. They accomplished nothing for me and charged me $1500.00?!? Nothing was ever even filed with the courts! Nothing was done except a few phone calls. I have never even been to their office and met Mr Daley... I feel like they have taken advantage of me because I have never been through this before. I hope you can please help me . Thank- you
I have reviewed Mr. recent complaint. His complaint is groundless if not frivolous. Given Mr. refusal to execute a waiver of his attorney client privilege, I am barred from discussing any of the facts and circumstances which are relevant to his issues and to the efforts which I and other members of my firm expended on his behalf. In any event, the services and corresponding advice which we provided to Mr. regarding his concerns were in accordance with our fee agreement and beneficial to him.

Rodger, Carrie and the staff at the Law Offices of Rodger C. Daley were my saving grace when my options were limited, and the likelihood of a positive outcome was slim. The office personnel were transparent and easy to communicate with throughout the litigation process. Rodger’s calm, yet stern demeanor and use of personal relationships is why I was able to walk away with a deferred judgement. Be careful of their techniques! I was quoted one price and wound up paying over double for just one court appearance. The service was below average. The minimum was done to get a deal for me.
