I had a workers compensation case in I was very happy with the resultsI got over thousand dollars for my caseIt took them about months to settleWhen I tried to reach them they always returned my calls might not have been that same day,but they always called backI have a Ssd case coming up and I WILL use them for this case as well
I signed a contract with Rotstein & Shiffman almost years ago, for them to represent me in my disability social security caseThey were very hands off once the contract was signed, I only heard from them when we finally got a hearing dateAfter a few exchanged phone calls and more information I was relieved to finally be reaching the endThen less than weeks before the actual hearing I get a letter from my attorney stating they will not represent me in court because "in their opinion" there was not enough medical evidence for a good outcomeI don't understand why they didn't come to this conclusion years agoThey stated if I wished to continue I needed to employ a different attorney, this was days before my hearing dateVery unprofessional in my opinionI can't begin to explain the depth of my dissapointment and anxiety, this is my life they are taking so lightly
I had a workers compensation case in 2012. I was very happy with the results. I got over 5 thousand dollars for my case. It took them about 5 months to settle. When I tried to reach them they always returned my calls . might not have been that same day,but they always called back. I have a Ssd case coming up and I WILL use them for this case as well.
I signed a contract with Rotstein & Shiffman almost 2 years ago, for them to represent me in my disability social security case. They were very hands off once the contract was signed, I only heard from them when we finally got a hearing date. After a few exchanged phone calls and more information I was relieved to finally be reaching the end. Then less than 2 weeks before the actual hearing I get a letter from my attorney stating they will not represent me in court because "in their opinion" there was not enough medical evidence for a good outcome. I don't understand why they didn't come to this conclusion 2 years ago. They stated if I wished to continue I needed to employ a different attorney, this was 11 days before my hearing date. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I can't begin to explain the depth of my dissapointment and anxiety, this is my life they are taking so lightly.
