The Law Offices of Scott A. Felicetti

In 2011 I searched for an attorney to handle my case which resulted from a car accident. I found Scott Felicetti from a [redacted] searched, which I will never do EVER again. He is the absolutely the worst. Since 2011 to present I may have spoken to him 3 times. He hides behind the phone and let his so call ESQ. or assistant handle his dirty work. It took 5 years to settle my case for $10k and he walked away with 1/3rd for doing no work. I had to call and request my own medical records to get this case started. He's a small time attorney who rents space out of a professional building in the Bronx. I would never EVER recommend him t no one, anytime I wanted to know anything about my case I had to call him over, over, and over. He picks and chooses who he want to talk to and/or give his time to. He tried to persuade me into getting surgery on my shoulder and when I declined that's when all communication stopped. With me getting surgery the case would have settled for much more and a bigger cut for his pockets. I can go on, and on, and on. I will stop here whereas I think anyone who reads this review gets my point.

I have been working with Scott for nearly 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say about his professionalism, his knowledge, and the way he always has my back. Any requests from opposing attorney (doctor visits etc.) he was there with me so I couldn't be bullied. Trust me. I have been through a lot with my injuries over the last 2 yrs he made it his business to make sure I was treated with respect by all. I was afraid at first and now I feel I am in good hands.
