I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
We have not received the check for $25 since the first complain on this matter took place on 28 July.  If the Kriss Law and escrow claimed that the check was issued and deposited, please provide evident of date of issue and date of deposit.  Additionally, talked to the Arlington County clerk, she stated that even though the recording was filed electronically, a certified copy of the deed should still be provided within 3-4 weeks of recording.

We drafted a check and we are sending it to the consumer. We have also ordered a certified copy and will provide it to the consumer.  This is exactly what he asked for.

While we disagree with the portrayal of facts by the consumer we want to resolve this matter in his favor. As such we have already issued a check for $25 to the consumer and have requested the certified copy of the deed that was electronically recorded.  We do not, nor does anyone...

else,  receive recorded original documents from the Recorders when we electronically record. We will provide the consumer with the certified copy as soon as we receive it from the Recorder.  We hoped this resolves the matter. [redacted]
