We have always taken responsibility to repair the wall. We are a professional company and we don't cut corners. We are in the process of working with our client on a repair that will be acceptable to him and his neighbor. The repair will be done professionally in the next 30 days...
or so. As we discussed with our clients neighbor, we were waiting for all of the work that could possibly affect her wall to be completed before we finalized the repair. Now that the driveway is in we are moving forward. Thankfully the neighbor of our client is speaking with him. We will get her approval on the repair before we move forward.
