The unit in question was last repaired at our shop in 2012. If the unit was running poorly when it was returned to him we would of been more then happy to look at the unit at that time to figure out if something went wrong. Since it has been two years and the unit has sat with fuel, other issues do...

develop and the 1st repair is now outside of the warranty period we offer on repair jobs. When the customer was called with the estimate for the repair of his unit, he was unhappy with our findings and was yelling at the lady who had called him in regard to the necessary repairs needed to get his unit up and running. I spoke with the young woman that had spoke with [redacted], she advised me that she had hung up on him only after he started yelling at her. The warranty period for all repairs from our shop is 60 days. If within that period there is an issue with the work we had performed, we are more then willing to rectify the problem.

I am rejecting this response because:thats a complete lie,i didn't start the yelling, first off the unit didn't sit with fuel in it for a year,I put fuel in to start it up..I said I was willing to pay for not bringing the unit back within the service warrant period..the shop had my unit for a month, when I was told is would be look at within a week, I been to the shop 3(three) times and called on the phone which didn't work(i couldn't get thru) and ask nicely, what's the outcome ..I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the shop was overloaded with service and the phone was not working. she confimed that..I said I brought a unit from [redacted] and I was wondering if I should keep it, please give me some info on the cost, this is not the first time I been there ,I have brought products from them before over the years.. since this is a family business and I support small business..(as I have my own). I been in customer service for over 30 years, and I don't need to yelled at anyone.. I have two daughter's of my own and I speak to them, I don't yelled at or to woman..the young lady(the sisters) got irate when I said the carburetor should had been adjusted with the tune up I paid for , she stated it was "MY FAULT "for not bringing the attachment in..someone could have advise me that this needed to be done.. she told me to go and bring the attachment on my second visit and I did so...so who's fault is it....at this point I don't care if it is fix or not ..I have a new unit I can use.. I just want an apologe for her yelling over the phone  and blowing up on me..when I said I would call the Revdex.com she continue to sound off....I was a Diesel/Gas Auto and Truck Mechanic for 20 years, graduate from [redacted].and a Vietnam Veteran,I can find someone to fix it or sell it as is..Thank You, for looking into this matter
Regards,

I have a warranty on my lawn tracker from Home Depot. There has been a problem with the deck from the first day I got the mower home.
This repair shop had my mower for 2 weeks. I called 5 times to ask how it was coming along and at know time was I told that I was going to be changed for any repairs! I sent the tractor to them for warranty repairs ONLY! If I was going to possibly be changed then I should have gotten a phone call!
The problem with the deck is what caused the blade problem. So they replaced the blades and tried to charge me $108. After fighting with them the bill was lowered to $83. At KNOW time was I told there was going to be a charge before the repairs where done! They also would not return my tractor until I paid. I also was told I had to be at home to sign credit card slip!
I will never let this place work on anything of mine again. They feel it's ok to just do work and bill you without telling you there will be a charge!
The last 4 days I was told that just because I don't want to pay for a repair doesn't mean they have to change the way they do business! The girl on the phone is rude and nasty!
