Review: Employee of Lawn Professor was called by neighbor's landlord to mow grass located next to my driveway which had my car parked in it. Employee used a weed wacker to cut the grass which resulted in many pebbles and stones to be kicked up and hit my car. This resulted in the shattering of my rear window of my vehicle as well as several small scratches and dents. Employee denies my vehicle was even located in my driveway, despite a witness being outside after the event occurred, having been woken up by the pebbles and rocks hitting the house.Desired Settlement: Repay me the bill to repair my shattered windshield. (Service done my [redacted]).

Response:
I was cutting the lawn at my customers property around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, September 22, 2013. I was unaware of any pebbles or stones being kicked up and supposedly waking up neighbors while I was cutting. Nobody came outside to check for damage while I was there. It wasn't until 24 hours later that the neighbor attempted to contact the owner of the duplex to share that his window had been broken and he believed it was my fault.
My customer had spoken to a witness that had been outside at the time, who indicated that he did not notice or hear any rocks hitting or shattering glass.
In an attempt to resolve this issue, my customer has been in contact with the complainant on several occasions, confirming that he will cover the cost of the repaired damage. The complainant has continued to attempt contact and demands to be paid immediately. All costs will be reimbursed to complainant.
If you have questions or need anything further, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience of this.
