Bad shipping process. Takes up to 10 business days to ship your order. They charge you immediately even if your order has not been shipped. And, they don't have a QA process to ensure that all items of your order are packed and ready to be shipped. One of the items I ordered was missing when I received my package. Although customer service responds, they do not keep their word. I was told my missing item would ship out the same day they responded to my issue. I emailed back 3 days later for a tracking number only to learn that the shipment had barely been processed the same day I had emailed for the tracking number (after I sent the email). First and last purchase even though I like the merchandise. Would have loved to be a repeat customer, but will not due to this experience.
