I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  The business continues to make assurances of payment, but fails to deliver.  On October 21, 2014 I received partial payment in the amount of $1,000.  The saddle was on consignment with the business with a sale price of $1,400 less a 20% commission.  On October 21, I contacted the business to inquire why I received payment in the incorrect amount.    I received a message that the saddle was sold for less than the amount I had authorized.  [redacted] sent me a message saying that she would be happy to pay me the difference.  She promised that I would not need to wait long for payment.  I still have not received the balance owed.
