an overall disaster in dealing with this company (S), whether called precise or precision one excuse after another the last straw for me was when they asked for me to fund them twice for doors I paid for months prior they showed up the next day, did a poor job in the hardy board install ( after messing up the quote as I had to get two deliveries) left the project never to be seen again that was last december if you want creative stories as to why they cannot execute, why they cannot properly quote, why they miss deadlines, why they don't show up on site, why they constantly ask for cash draws on furture work, why they don't return emails, and why they leave you stranded with an unfisnished project, they are the contractor for you
- Product was paid in full and signed contract with company representative on September for a X foot super shed with upgrades - First delivery was supposed to be the first week in November, it was not delivered - Every communication changed the delivery date to any where from to weeks later With the excuse that they have had difficulty getting the building materials or their delivery trailer requires adjustments to be able to deliver or the weather or they did not have enough manpower and/or a combination of any of the above - This company has had my money for ten months! - They have promised to send pictures of the shed once it was built but they have never arrived by email or mail or any way at all - They have set up delivery dates over and over with me, cancelling at the last minute or not calling to change the date or time of delivery but texting that they are unable to deliver and would contact me to set up another date and time - I would contact them to find out what was going on with my order and it could be days or weeks before I would hear back from them then it would be a rerun of the same reasons/excuses again - Totally frustrating for me and dishonest business practices on their part - I would NOT recommend dealing with this business

Our numerous phone conversations, texts, and emails were with one person, Barry ***(Not a honest, trustworthy individual)
Shed order was placed March 11, for prepayment of This does not speak well of Precision Pre-Fab Ltd., to ask for full payment before build or deliveryIf we wanted the shed we had to comply or go with another contractorIn hindsight the latter would have been the right decision
Barry finally did come out to check out the site, which was prepared by usHe assured us the site would be fineWhen delivery would be scheduled, he would make sure the shed will be leveled perfectly and for us not to worry
After a couple months and many conversations and excuses why they couldn't deliver the shed, we finally had a date July 13, (Pictures' and video available) Barry and one helper set shed on siteWe had some concerns......Hardie Board exterior planks had large gaps with crooked cutsPlank at peak was lifted awayChips and scrapes in Hardie BoardMan door wouldn't open and close properlyPoor workmanship around window frame (very rough), the interior floor boards had 1/inch -1/inch gaps along the whole length of each boardLiterally we could see the grass and dirt through the floorWe didn't like the idea of having insects coming in and grass growing up through the boardsBarry said all their sheds were built with this same floor system So later we purchased product's to fill and seal all spaces in floorHe told us none of these issues would be a problem, he and his crew would be back to repair or replace everything, he said we would be more than happy with the completed shedAt this point we could not say or do anything....just put our faith in him
Later we had more concerns with the shed:
The garage door leaks every time it rains, everything has to be lifted up on boards in shed
Frame around door warped
Trouble with man door opening and closing properly
We kept trying to contact Barry; he would make appointments and not show upSometimes he called the day of to cancel or night before with another excuse and or more lies, why we would have to rescheduleEvery time we had to do this it would mess up our appointments and commitments
We were so angry and frustrated with Barry's constant excuses and lies.....bad weather, way too windy, their expecting rain, family emergency in Calgary, truck broke down (a few times)waiting for parts, short staff, other delivery commitments, Barry had the flu, Company was having problems ,more serious than ours!
