TLC charged parents late fees on tuition paid Tuesday. When the contract says late fees apply Wednesday. When we confronted the company with this. They told me if I wasn't happy then go somewhere else. All because they don't want to pay all the parents back for the wrongfully charged late fees. I decided to leave a few bad reviews on [redacted]. Shortly after posting the review Marcie the director of the daycare called me and told us our kids were no longer welcome here. They kicked my child out over a bad review or is it b/c I know about the fake late fee charges.
