Please be advised that the attached complaint has been resolved. The billing issue was brought to the attention of the Chief Financial Officer, and has been rectified for this client as well as two others who were unknowingly effected by this breakdown in communication. The child in question has... been invited to attend our program for the 2015-2016 school year. Any discrepancies with his date of birth will be addressed with our state contact personnel. We will also put systems in place to ensure this type of situation does not happen again. It is the policy of TLC Development Centers to ensure a safe, nurturing, happy environment for the education of the children entrusted to us. Parents are encouraged to communicate their concerns to upper management any time there is an issue that is not resolved within the centers.
