Please go on to the NJ government Inspection Site to pull up all the violations. These reports will speak for themselves. The daycare is extremely unsafe and is not being run safely. Please do your research so your child is safe and doesn't go to this school. Teacher was caught with illegal drugs and pills in the school. Google it and several news channels have reported on it.

The owner of this business disable key pad due to payment 3 days late I advise the director the payment will be submitted on Thursday 1/31 and was paid as promise no one from the center tried to contact me before my key pad was disable while my child was still in the facility and no one in the agreement or handbook does is state access will be disable due to late payment
I would like to speak to someone at corporate regarding this matter I would also like to request a refund for payment submitted on 1/31. I have already retained an attorney and filed a police report for the criminal actions performed by the owner of Plano TLE I will continue to submit bad reviews until I receive a call or email from TLE Headquarters and will file a formal lawsuit if no response is given
The facility in question is independently owned and operated, and we do not comment on or otherwise get involved in payment disputes between franchisees and their customers. Threatening to post multiple negative reviews is not an appropriate manner in which to handle these situations. As the consumer advises that she has already filed a police report and retained an attorney, it is unclear what she is even asking the respondent to do.
Since TLE- Holly Springs, NC is not listed, I'm putting this to the corporate page. Not the same TLE 6 months ago. After Darcel and *** transitioned their facilities to new ownership, TLE Holly Springs and TLE Apex have spiraled downwards immensely. It is appalling to see what has become of what was once a wonderful place to send your child. It is blatantly obvious that neither the director, *** nor the new owner, *** have experience in leadership roles or childcare facilities. Even the regional manager has thrown her hands up.
The teachers are the only reason that facility still has an attendance of any kind. That and because parents either can't afford another facility or their child has been there for so long already. This is completely taken advantage of by the current administration.
Teachers are up and leaving, some even in the middle of the day with no notifications to parents. Ask any one of those teachers privately; they will tell you NOT to enroll your child.
Sick children with highly contagious illnesses are allowed to attend or remain in school. Standard policy is ignored and parents are not notified when they should be. Prepare to be on antibiotics once a month.
The teacher:child ratios are over on a daily basis.
These are just a few reasons we left. We had so hoped to see our son graduate from there but we had been lied to far too many times. If you can't trust the person responsible for your child, get out. It's that simple.
For those reading this that might still be interested, schedule a tour and see for yourself. Make it a point to ask for previous experience. Also ask to speak with some of the teachers privately and watch how quickly you're told "No".
*** and *** would be ashamed of what has become of their facilities. The current culture is deceitful, hostile, negative, sneaky, disorganized, overwhelmed, understaffed and failing. If you value the health and wellbeing of your child, make other arrangements.
