I called to lease a car from *** *** After working directly with the dealership, he requested I pay him directly The lease agreement he sent had delivery/shipping marked at TBD In the email he specifically wrote that The Lease Outlet would deliver the car to my address *** told me over the phone that HE would take care of itWhen the car was on a truck to my home, I received a bill for $in transportation costs I called the dealer who also said that it was his understanding that *** was paying for the shipping Bringing the concern to ***, ended with unanswered emails, and no resolution In the end, I paid The Lease Outlet $+ $shipping to simply tell me which dealership would order my car *** misled, if not flat out lied to me, and the dealer (which was fantastic BTW) Do not trust *** *** at The Lease Outlet Honesty and integrity are everything

This issue has been resolved and I am certain that Mr*** is a happy customer at this point given the number of conversations that we’ve had since he filedIn short, Mr*** was frustrated due to the time that it was taking for us to deliver his vehicleThe length of time was due to issues:
The unique nature of his vehicle Mr*** wished for a BMW 320i with very few, if any, optionsThese are few and far in between Mr*** did not want to pay for any shipping charges so the search area was greatly reducedThis created an additional challenge for an already hard to find vehicle Mr*** also stated that he took offense to the tone that my business partner took during a conversation During my conversation with Mr***, he stated that he no longer wanted the car and that he would shop elsewhereBy this point, the vehicle had already been secured at the expense of The Lease Outlet’s BMW vendorHad Mr*** not taken possession of the vehicle, The Lease Outlet would have been in a financial bindI made Mr*** aware of this and stated to him that this matter would likely end up in court if he elected to go the route that he was communicatingAt the end of the day, Mr*** (who is a wonderful young man) received the BMW that he desired, with a few additional options, at the price that he was quotedI have since then, spoken and texted with Mr*** on several occasions and he has communicated a sense of appreciation for the services that I performedAll things considered, Mr*** was worried after speaking to an attorney friend that I was a part of a fly by night scam, but as the Revdex.com can see, we have been in business for over yearsI appreciate Mr***’s experience and we have already modified processes to ensure that our clients understand that there may be times when a vehicle is simply harder to find and this may add additional wait time for delivery
