August 1, The Leather Solution of Chicago picked up several items for repair Invoice # *** They told me that I would be notified when the items were ready for delivery No one has ever contacted me After several unanswered phone inquiries, Rachael did answer the phone, assured me that she would "look up the paperwork, and contact me in 'a day or two'" I was never contacted I have now left additional phone messages, inquiring about my furniture Can you help me resolve this issue? August 1, 2016 The Leather Solution of Chicago picked up several items for repair. Invoice # [redacted]. They told me that I would be notified when the items were ready for delivery. No one has ever contacted me. After several unanswered phone inquiries, Rachael did answer the phone, assured me that she would "look up the paperwork, and contact me in 'a day or two'". I was never contacted. I have now left 15 additional phone messages, inquiring about my furniture. Can you help me resolve this issue?
