I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.
[redacted] finally called me on Wednesday morning, and I only wished he would called me before the weather had cooled down. My children and I spent some very hot days and nights in my house. I pray no one else have to go through what went through. [redacted] as you can see, did apologize in his letter.
I want to thank Revdex.com for all that done in handling this situation.
I did receive a new A/C unit on Thursday morning and without having to pay any money. [redacted] assured that there would not be anymore charges to me as well as the invoice I received in the mail would be voided out for the $99.00 trip charge on 9/15/14. He also assured me that if have any more problems that he would make sure that it will be taken care of and I still have a 5 year warranty. Thank you
First off I am very sorry for the problems you have been having with your ac unit and our service.
It is unusual for these units to have both the condenser coil and the compressor fail at the same time.
I contacted [redacted] manufacturing and was able to talk them into giving you a new...
condensing unit for free.
I will also contribute our labor so you will not have any additional out of pocket expenses.
Please let me know if this is acceptable and we will make arrangements for this replacement.
