As stated in the previous email response the information obtained on application is confidential.
However, we can say the application fee was in a pending payment stage (hold funds period), and that after the application fee funded not all of the necessary information to qualify had been verified at the time of the consumers calls
The application terms and conditions clarly state : Application fees must be received prior to the application being processed
Therefore, since information still needed to be obtained there was no decision to be relayed to the consumer at that time
We were still waiting for addional information to be confirmed
We are not responsible for the response of verification sources once an attempt is made and that includes the authorization for credit and criminal background check which is sent to the consumer.

I am rejecting this response because: once the credit card information was put in and tried to process, the server said the payment was not collectedThen a day or so later it was taken outAlso if it was known that the company would not do anything for me and not have any desire to process my application then I would not have paid themI put in an application with the expectation to have it processed and have someone follow up for a rental but this was not the caseI received an email Sunday night to pay a random online company for a credit check and that was the last I heard.

I am rejecting this response because: The payment was said to not go through. Also the business made to attempt to follow up with my application, they simply took my money and did nothing further. I had to try to make contact with the company several times and heard no response. If they would have at least answered my calls and tried to process my application then it would be different.
