This letter will confirm our actions in response to your complaint, filed with the Revdex.com, regarding your July mortgage payment, account access and billing cycle.
We have posted the online payment of $50.00 attempted on June 19, 2014, as a principal curtailment....

However, we are limited to processing one transaction per day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As a courtesy we waived the pay by phone fee on June 23,2014, and applied the funds to the July 2014 payment. Enclosed is a copy of your recent account history for your records.
In reference to your billing cycle, you are on monthly billing. Your mortgage statements will be mailed on the 16thday of every month. Please allow for standard [redacted] delivery.
Also, please be advised that your account access issue has been resolved. You will now only be required to verbally confirm your full property address, first and last name, and the last four digits of your social security number to speak with a Representative regarding your account.
Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced as a result of this issue. Please be assured we will diligently work to assure the appropriate handling of your loan in the future. If you have any questions,  please call me at [redacted].
