Alpine was contacted at approximately 12:00pm to provide cleservices due to flooding in my basement caused by rainwater and mud entering through two window wellsAfter being contact another or times by my builder, they finally came several hours later, only to immediately leave to get a computerBy the time they finally returned and estimated the charges, it was after-hours so they added additional charges for after-hours despite the fact they'd been called so much earlierAt that time we expected my builders insurance to cover the charges, and I immediately questione-d if this would be insurance fraudAdditionally, we were not living in our newly constructed home yet, and not until after the cleservices were complete were we provided a "project report" by Alpine indicating they did not begin the cleefforts for another 29-hours following estimatingLast but not least, while their equipment was unattended at our home their dehumidifier leaked and caused much flooding to large areas which had not been impacted whatsoever by the original rainwater floodingThey thought they dehumidifier had a pinch in it, so they moved it to a second location in my home where it again flooded another large area not impacted by the original floodingExtensive damages were caused by Alpine and they have been unwilling to offer a fair resolution of compensation or full repairsDispute my photo's, text messages, and other evidence supporting the damage they caused they are attempting dispute their damages and are now adding attorney fee's and full payment of servicesI have had to hire an attorney to represent meI wanted to avoid filing a complaint or review believing they would offer a honest and fair resolution, but they have notI highly discourage anyone from seeking services through Alpine Cleaning and Restoration Specialists, Incdue to their failures to provide dependable and honest services, as well as their failure to complete repairs for damages which they causedThis is the first review I have ever submitted and am only doing so because of the extreme lack of care and honesty I've received from AlpineI feel a responsibility to make every consumer out there aware of the poor service and treatment I unfortunately experienced
