Last Fall our church was approached by a company to give us a roof bid for our flat roof. The bid was extremely high, well into 30,000 +. We were told that we needed to replace the entire roof asap, and if not soon, then the quote would increase. Being a church, we felt that we were being taken advantage off. This prompted me to seek out other bids. Hector graciously offered to come out and look at our roof and provide a quote. He came out very quickly and provided a quote to repair our roof and provided guidance on how we could preserve the life of the roof for 3-5 years before a total replacement. At the time our council decided to wait until spring to have the work done. I asked Hector to come out again, and he did so, each time not charging us for the quote. After the harsh winter we had a bit more damage, and the quote increased a bit. Our council decided to accept his bid. The work was completed very quickly and we were extremely satisfied. Also, once they came out to do the repairs, they discovered it was not quite as bad as originally quoted, and our price came down extremely ($1000.00). This was so important to us as a church since we always strive to raise money to upkeep our facility. This was not only a great financial win for us, but also confirmed to us that we indeed made the right decision, and that Hector and Lescano Contracting is extremely trust worthy. He saved our parish literally thousands of dollars. We would have paid the original quote without question, and he was totally honest with us. That and the fact that he is extremely personable, and very professional. I would not hesitate to give him our 100% + approval! We look forward to working more with Lescano as our needs come up.

Hector and his team are professional and hard working. They tore off 3 layers of shingles on my 1960s split level, replaced rotted wood, replaced the roof shingles and installed new flashing around the chimney in 8-9 hours, including a lunch break.

We had them back a few months later to install vinyl siding over our wood-sided two car garage - this took a little longer but the results are great and it's no longer the eye-sore of the neighborhood.
