This company literally stole money from my bank account, not only without my consent but against my expressed non consent. They denied, then refunded the money. However after this I requested a refund (on music lessons). I paid for 4 months! I had been there not even 2 weeks before they stole from me!

Refund I want a refund of the $475 dollars plus legal fees as I'm headed to small claims court. If resolution is not immediate.

Thank you so much for allowing us to update you on the customer.
The Lesson Company LLC is a Company that provides Music, Art, Dance, and Martial Arts lessons. We have been providing lessons for over 6 years to over 3000 students in the Wesley Chapel area.
*** and his family signed up for lessons at our Wesley Chapel location. Since *** was a Veteran we offered him a Grants 4 Vents grant that allowed him lessons for FREE. We gave hims a full year membership that would normally cost $1200.00 a year. He also signed up his daughter for Dance and Piano lessons. While they were attending classes an email went out about the upcoming Recitals for 2020 and the 6 major events we were allowing our students to attend in 2020. Instead of having our families pay for all these events which could cost over $100.00 we decided to reduce the cost to $25.00 per student. We also sent an that stated if they wanted to be exempt from these events to let us know and we would remove them from the list. On the day the accounts were to be charged we had not received any notification from Mr ***. On Monday the 10th we charged his account $25.00. Later that day he called screaming and swearing at our staff threatening them. They advised him they would refund the $25.00 charge. After refunding the charge He again called several times with commanding us to refund ALL the tuition he paid for his daughter. He was advised by the staff that policy which is listed on the computers where he signed up, on the notice he received when he signed up and also appears on the reminder emails he receives weekly says "There is NO refund of Tuition." After advising him of the policy again he become angry and used inappropriate langue with our staff. We have paused their account until they return.
We have documents that were emailed and opened to verify he was aware of our policy as well as camera footage with him standing by the sign that has our policy on it. It saddens us that after 6 years of serving our community this is our first complaint however we hope Mr *** and his daughter will return for the lessons they started.

The lesson company has mentioned myself taking 1 complimentary class as if I've been taking classes all year. No, I took 1, and that's irrelevant. I'm not a student.
My daughter was a student for a full week before they stole my money! Then Lied about it. Then gave a bad excuse. Then acted like it was no big deal.
They say I did not respond to their 1st email concerning the money. I did and I have it.I stated "I could not afford anymore money as I just paid $500". I'd provide it but it's going to court next week if they do not refund my money.
Tho I don't recall anyone mentioning any policies, they certainly didn't mention any hidden fees when I just barely scraped $500 for the lessons. I did deny them any access to my account via email response. They stole my money anyways, then lied! Now they lie about my response? I have proof. And any agreement is null and void once you steal my money regardless. I wont deal with liars/thieves. Don't trust these people.
