Review: I placed an order on April 9, 2014. It is now May 27, 2014. I have yet to receive my order. The phone number they provide on their website is a low jack number. If the number has not contacted you before you cannot be contacted through to it. I paid via PayPal. They money was taken out of my account. I never received a confirmation e-mail from the company. I have e-mailed them several times but they have not responded to all of them, when they did reply it took several days to over a week most of the time. I ordered this item for a birthday present that took place at the end of April and this setback as ruined the present exchange, caused a fight and cause tension with friends who helped chip in on the gift thinking I took their money since there is nothing to show for it. They informed me they could not refund my moeny or cancel my order because that had to be done by me within the first 24 hours. At the bottom on their home screen it states that orders purchased before May 1st will take 4-8 weeks to process. I did not enter this page through the home page: therefore, I did not see that information. I am at the 7 week mark and it is still processing.Desired Settlement: At this point I want something to compensate for the stress, embarrassment, damages, and frustration this as caused me. If my item will not be delievered to me in the next week I want a refund and I will take my business elsewhere.

Review: I ordered an item May 15th, 2014 which was suppose to ship out May 30th. Item was not shipped at that time so I contacted the company by email the following week on June 2nd to inquire about my order and was informed that delays would result in my order shipping by June 4th. The following week I had still not received my order, nor a notification that it had shipped, so I again contacted the company by email on June 13 to inquire about my order's status. I did not receive any responses, and attempted to contact the company again on June 20, June 27, and July 2nd. I still have not received any responses, I have not received my order, and the status still states "processing" on their website. It has been over a month since my order was suppose to ship after the already delayed shipping date. I paid for the items at the time the order was placed on May 15th, and have received nothing from the company.Desired Settlement: I simply wish for my money to refunded to my credit card or sent in the form of cash. A store credit would be unacceptable at this point, as I no longer trust in their promise to fulfill any future orders due to their failure to even respond to my attempts to contact them for over a month.
