I spoke with Customer service, and checked the call logs, and they indicate that they have in fact called you several times over the past couple days in the attempt to fulfill your request for a refund, but as of yet you have been unreachable
As per the Refund Policy, in order to process the return we will need to speak directly with you to initiate the process, to provide instructions on the return, and to also provide you the Return Authorization# to be included with the returning product Please call at us at your earliest convenient moment to expedite the request Our Customer Support Desk is always open monday through friday (9:00am to 5:00pm easten time) Or if you have an alternate telephone number that we can reach you at, please let me know, and at what specific days & times you can be contacted As soon as you contact us, we can initiate the return process

If you could call us anytime between 9:00am and 5:00pm (eastern time) monday through fridays, our Customer Support Operators are available to take calls. Otherwise, we will continue attempts to call you at periodic intervals using the telephone number you provided us to reach you. Regarding the return itself; as per our published Refund Policy, once you have successfully returned the product back to us, the full product value will of course be returned back to your credit card promptly.
We apologize for any confusion, and we regret your concern over not achieving the results you were looking for during the short term you tried the products.
But, rest assured that our Refund Policy is always honored and customer returns will always be provided promptly in accordance with our Refund Policy.
