I ordered a light through this company and was told it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery which was fine. Three weeks went by no word so we contacted the store and the manager was to speak with the lighting rep and contact us back. Another week went by another phone call and promise they would get an updated status. Again no follow up call from the manager as to status. A third call placed to inquire the manager was unavailable but directed blame to the manufacturer but would contact me back. Hard to believe but no call back when the manager returned to the store. A final call today telling me the light has yet to be shipped but is coming from California and through Georgia. Needless to say I am disappointed, my order is cancelled and I have requested my deposit back. I will not use or refer this business.
