I needed to find a part and found this company from a web searchThe person that answered the phone seemed confused and transferred me to 'customer service'The man I spoke with seemed agitated and combative IMMEDIATELYWithin moments of him answering the phone says 'we don't deal with mns' and hung up
It difficult to believe that such a company remains in business

Place an order with company, then after order was placed they send a terms document with questions to be signed to my email.
I did not open their email for e few days after the order was placed.
While on a trip out of state I read and started to sign off on the terms until one of the terms stated that the shipment would need to be signed for at delivery. And if it was returned to them you were out of luck. So I did not finish signing the terms page and wrote back to them that I would be unavailable to sign for the packages and asked if they had a shipment sign off that I could sign.
They responded back with a refund. OK that must be policy I guess. All I wanted was to either make arrangements for shipment or resume the order when I returned.
Now once I returned I emailed them back that I was still considering the product and had a simple question about it, then received a response back that they wanted me to stop contacting them and that they did not want my business. Wow I'm thinking things have to be pretty bad to get a response like that. Befuddled I asked what was wrong and if they sell to contractors. Their response was yes but not to me subsequently I responded back with some more details as to the reason not signing the document at the original time. And that the responses they gave were not warranted. But they continued to respond as if this was some illegitimate purchase.
