I called this company on Saturday, Decand booked a plumber for am DecNo plumber arrived and as I did not hear from the company but assumed the technician was on the way Since it was snowing I waited until am before calling the company only to be told that their vans were not equipped with winter tires and there would be no service until late afternoonAt 11:there was a message on my phone that there would be no service until Decand that I would be scheduled for serviceI called at 8am and was told that they were working on it and would call me backI called again at 9am and10am when I was told that they tried to call me three times to reschedule and left a message on my phoneI have caller id and have been sitting by the phoneThere is no record of any call coming inI have two issues : that any company would be so irresponsible regarding winter tires ( I was told by Grant ,the manager, that "we don't get winter" ) and that with today's technology a company would blatantly lie about calling a customerI have used this firm before and have recommended them frequentlyNEVER AGAIN
