Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint the pipe obviously had no Tee; this was merely an excuse so as to not make the correct repair Failure to make the correct repair resulted in further damage Yes, this is your fault No, nothing was left up to me The technician refused to replace the faulty pipe which resulted in another leak and additional damage Your track record speaks for itself as do your reviews If a tee was an issue, why was the repair possible after the second leak? You're doing nothing but attempting to manipulate the Revdex.com rating system Sorry, not this time Regards,

Good morningThe Lindsay Company was called out because the sink would not drain At this time we fixed the pop up assembly and sink was draining ok when plumber left the home Technician remembers this call and would have taken care of slow drain while at the home if needed The house was serviced on August We have no record of any calls on 8/14/ The Lindsay Company has a day recall period free of charge for anything like this Our service fee to service a home is $and this is to show up and diagnose problem The quote to run snake in drain l [redacted] of $is very cheap All of our technicians are licensed plumbers and it takes years to get a license At this time The Lindsay Company can not be responsible to clear any stoppage that occurred after recall period Thanks for your understanding.RegardsMatt Lindsay

The Lindsay Company came out and repaired the sink as requested while outI have talked with the technician who has worked here for yearsHe has a sink mach*** on his truck and clearing a stoppage if one was at the home would not have been a problemThe sink was backed up because the pop up assembly was brokenAfter repairing the pop up assembly the sink dra***d perfectWe have a day warranty policy on parts that we fixWe did not charge for a stoppage and only charged to repair pop up assemblyIf a stoppage occurred after we left the home there would be a charge to clear the stoppage with sink mach***At this time we repaired the broken pop up assembly and it is still functioning as it is supposed toThis is what you were charged for

Good eveningI have talked with the technician that was at your home He states that you have a connection that has corrosion on it but is not currently leaking at this time The warranty company that sent us out to your home does not fix leaks that are not currently or actively leaking
If the pipe was not leaking at the time of service they will not authorize us to fix leaks for preventive maintenance If you feel you have a leak you can call in a recall work order and ask for a different technician Thanks for your understanding that we can only fix what *** authorizes us to fix.Kind regards*** ***

I guess you are not understandingIf a tee would have been under A/C unit and not accessible the water to part of your home would not have worked until access was madeThe warranty company policy clearly states their must be access to workThe second technician took care of your problem as a courtesy and took the chance that no tee was presentThe repair we made did not cause the second leakNo where in your policy does it state the pipe has to be replacedWe can simply make the repair on the section that is leaking and that is all we are required to do

The Lindsay Company is a residential plumbing company.  We do not service cars.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

We serviced your home through [redacted] who you have a contract with.  In your contract you have 30 day warranty on items that we service.  The issue was resolved in a timely manner and is now taken care of.  You were charged the service fee that is required by [redacted] at the time of service regardless if we have to come back or not.  Sorry for your inconvenience and hope you have a wonderful week.

house was serviced on August 11.  We have no record of any calls on 8/14/2014.  The Lindsay Company has a 30 day recall period free of charge for anything like this.  Our service fee to service a home is $95 and this is to show up and diagnose problem.  The quote to run snake in drain l[redacted] of $130 is very cheap.  All of our technicians are licensed plumbers and it takes 4 years to get a license.  At this time The Lindsay Company can not be responsible to clear any stoppage that occurred after recall period.  Thanks for your understanding.RegardsMatt Lindsay

The Lindsay Company came out under your home warranty contract.  This call was scheduled on Saturday and burner assembly was replaced.  The technician who is licensed by the State of [redacted] mistakenly did not take orifice out of burner assembly.  Sometimes this part comes with new...

burner assembly and sometime without.  He had made a mistake and a recall work order was placed with your warranty company and technician came out and fixed the hot water heater.  With your warranty company you have a 30 or 60 day warranty where you do not have to pay anything to come back out.  Sorry the service fee is due to come out to your home under your home warranty policy.  Sorry for any inconvenience but glad we were able to get your hot water heater working.
