Review: On 5/*/14 The Liner Specialists were contacted for an in ground pool liner they installed, which had a manufacture seam failure. I was advised to contact the manufacture (I did). I was also advised to contact another "[redacted]" which the Liner Specialists recommended, since the Liner Specialist had moved locations. The recommended "[redacted]" came to inspect the issue and stated it as a manufacture seam failure and are willing to install the new liner in accordance with the Manufacture warranty agreements (the new liner must be purchase directly through the Liner Manufacture). The Liner Manufacture has also agreed to the defect and will warranty the liner and replace it. The Liner Specialist states in writing (on my contract) "That if there is a manufacturer defect, they will match the Manufactures warranty with free labor for the length of the warranty, If the pool liner needs to be replaced because of Manufacture defect the Liner Specialists will re-install the liner free of charge for a warranty period of 20 years". After multiple phone calls, and an email, with the promise that [redacted] will return my calls I have received not one. I also gave [redacted] the opportunity to call me very early in the morning. In a last attempt I called the office and asked both [redacted] and [redacted] to please ask [redacted] to settle this professionally and timely and to honor his own warranty. No response came from that either. Sham on you, I have been patient. You write a warranty and then do not stand by it.Desired Settlement: The Liner Specialist should be honorable and professional and install the new liner as stated by their own warranty. If for any reason they can not do the installation themselves, then I am willing to have the pool liner installed by the "[redacted]" that the Liner Specialists have recommended with the understanding that the Liner Specialist should be monetarily responsible for the installation of the pool liner.

Review: The Liner Specialists installed a new pool liner in my in-ground pool on 5/**/2014. The pool has been losing water ever since the installation. I have called them at least 5 times and been told they will get back to me, but they never respond. There is a 20 year warranty on the liner and I expect them to uphold their part of the agreement. I paid them in good faith but apparently they are not honorable people. Their license number in Putnam County is PC 2900-A. I would like them to find the problem and repair it as soon as possible. The continued loss of water will eventually cause more expense, which I will expect The Liner Specialists to incur. Thank You,[redacted]Desired Settlement: Find the leak, repair it, and replace the lost water. If the liner needs to be replaced, do so and replace the water I paid for on the original installation.
