I have received your letter dated February 1, 2018, addressed to The Links at Oklahoma City, a Limited Partnership, ("The Links") attaching the complaint of Shiloh [redacted] I am submitting this response on behalf of The Links.On February 13, 2017, Ms [redacted] signed an Apartment Lease Contract (the "Lease") with The Links for the lease of an apartment home located at NE 122nd Street, Apartment Number in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for a lease term beginning on March 5, and ending on February 26, I In Paragraph of the Lease, Ms [redacted] assumed responsibility for keeping the premises free of infestation by roaches and other pests and agreed that The Links would not be liable or responsible for damages or injury from such sourcesThe Links agreed to periodically treat the premises for pestsThe Lease also provides that the interior of the apartment would be under the exclusive control of Ms [redacted] Paragraph I of the Lease requires that all notices and requests be delivered to The Links' representative in writing.Ms [redacted] contacted the management office at The Links to submit a Resident Maintenance Request Form on January 3, 2018, requesting that her apartment be sprayed for bugsThe Links hired Complete Pest Control Service to spray MsGilbert's apartment and her apartment was sprayed by Complete Pest Control Service on January 9, Ms [redacted] 's apartment was sprayed again on January 16, On January 22, 2018, the same day this complaint was submitted, Ms [redacted] submitted a Resident Maintenance Request asking that her whole building be sprayedMs [redacted] 's building was sprayed for pests the next day on January 23, 2018.Thereafter, The Links did not receive any written requests from Ms [redacted] Even though the Links did not feel itwas necessary, as a courtesyto Ms [redacted] , The Links asked CompletePest Control service to spray the whole building again on January 30, and Ms [redacted] 's apartment and another apartment was sprayed again on February 6, .There have been no other complaints about roaches or other pests in the apartmentThe Links acted properly in addressing Ms [redacted] 's request and, in fact, exceeded its obligations under the Lease in an effort to ensure that Ms [redacted] was satisfied with her apartment.The Links denies that the leased apartment is defective or that The Links has acted in any way that is inconsistent with the terms of the LeaseHowever, The Links does permit its residents to transfer to other apartments in the communityIf Ms [redacted] wishes to transfer to another apartment, she may inquire about the transfer procedures at The Links' office.According to your letter, this response may be reported to the public with or without notice to The LinksThe Links is providing a response in order to avoid the Revdex.com publishing negative and inaccurate information related to its business practices and to provide an answer to a customer service issueThe Links, as a private company, does not agree that The Links' response to a complaint regarding a private business matter can be posted in a public forum, nor does The Links, in responding to the complaint, grant the Revdex.com permission to display its response publicly.Please contact me if you have questions or I can be of further assistance

I am submitting this response on behalf of The Links.On February 13, 2017, Ms. [redacted]

Apartment Lease Contract (the "Lease") with The Links for
the lease of an apartment home located at 700 NE 122nd Street,
Apartment Number 3805 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for a lease term beginning on
March 5, 2017 and ending on February 26, 20 I 8. In Paragraph 32 of the Lease,
Ms. [redacted] assumed responsibility for keeping the premises free of infestation
by roaches and other pests and agreed that The Links would not be liable or
responsible for damages or injury from such sources. The Links agreed to
periodically treat the premises for pests. The Lease also provides that the
interior of the apartment would be under the exclusive control of Ms. [redacted].
Paragraph I 4 of the Lease requires that all notices and requests be delivered
to The Links' representative in writing.Ms. [redacted] contacted the management
office at The Links to submit a Resident Maintenance Request Form on January 3,
2018, requesting that her apartment be sprayed for bugs. The Links hired
Complete Pest Control Service to spray Ms. Gilbert's apartment and her
apartment was sprayed by Complete Pest Control Service on January 9, 2018. Ms.
[redacted]'s apartment was sprayed again on January 16, 2018. On January 22, 2018,
the same day this complaint was submitted, Ms. [redacted] submitted a Resident
Maintenance Request asking that her whole building be sprayed. Ms. [redacted]'s
building was sprayed for pests the next day on January 23, 2018.Thereafter, The Links did
not receive any written requests from Ms. [redacted]. Even though the Links did not feel itwas necessary, as a courtesyto Ms. [redacted], The Links asked CompletePest Control service to spray
the whole building again on January 30, 2018 and Ms. [redacted]'s apartment and
