Good afternoon!
We spoke to the *** *** at our corporate office around noon today. At the end of that conversation, he was satisfied and appreciated us dissecting the lease for him. We believe he now better understands the terms and conditions of the lease. He has an
appointment set up with the on-site office team next week and will be renewing his MTM lease. I see this complaint came in before our corporate representative spoke to ***, so by all means, if there is something else we need to discuss, we are happy to do so.

The Resident did put in writing a day notice to vacateWe then responded with a letter of acknowledgment to the residentweeks after the resident put in her NTV, she decided to stay and reported this to the officeThe office had already pre-leased the unit. While we want to accommodate
the new move- in and the current resident, we don't have the unit type they both desire The manager, offered other units to the current resident; she would like to stay in the unit she is inRenewals were called with the same unit style to see if they plan on moving or staying, applicants were checked to make sure they were approved. The manager, communicated with the new mo(who has been on a wait this for this unit style) to see if they could move into a different unit or be put back on the wait list, he wants the desired unit that he was waiting for We gave the current resident days past her lease end date to help with finding a new homeAs stated previously, we want to accommodate both residents, but at this point we have exhausted all our options. The Management Company, and the Community have been in contact with this resident on a regular basis

A refund of $100 was issued to the complainant. The check was mailed on 12/7/2015 to the address listed on the complaint. ...

This was a different address than what she originally provided at the time her application was denied, which may have caused the delay in her receiving the refund. She should have received the check as of the date of this response.
