This letter is in response of a complain MI [redacted] made by customer [redacted] When this customer came to our location looking for a mattress, he orginaliy looked at the mattresses we have on the showroomThese prices reflect a mattress set (includes the boxsprings)However Mr [redacted] had requested a mattress only so the sales person directed him towards our closeout area, to save money Mr [redacted] chose one of the closeouts which was the Rose p/t Q mattress for $He did not want to pay tax and deliveryWe gave him the option to either save himself the tax or get free delivery, so he chose free deliveryHowever, then I received a call from the customer stating that he was going to need the foundation and we wanted to charge him $for a box and he explained his side of the storyWe agreed on selling him a box at just cost for $49.00, which he bought and picked up at our locationI have also attached a copy of the tag

[redacted] originally ordered a chair and a rug online on 2/13/2015, the company that hosts the site automatically sent an email to the customer when they placed the order, in addition to that we call customers before charging their credit card once we received confirmation from the manufacturer that the PO have been created. In this case customer wasn't pleased by our customer service at the time and we never charged the customer's credit card, please see attached. More over the customer came back to the store on 2/28/2015 and it was attended by [redacted] one of our salesperson, a sale was made customer financed the goods and we delivered on 3/5/2015. I personally reached out to the customer on 3/14/2015 and spoke to him; he stated that he was satisfied and happy with our service; also he mentioned that he contacted Revdex.com and explained the misunderstanding. He did not want to pay tax and delivery. We gave him the option to either save himself the tax or get free delivery, so he chose free delivery. However, then I received a call from the customer stating that he was going to need the foundation and we wanted to charge him $95 for a box and he explained his side of the story. We agreed on selling him a box at just cost for $49.00, which he bought and picked up at our location. I have also attached a copy of the tag.
