to submit a claim to [redacted], which the customer disregarded and opened a [redacted] claim instead.  The case is now under review by [redacted], so it is at their sole discretion if or when to issue a refund.  The customer's refusal to follow our advice regarding [redacted] protocol is the only reason he has not received a refund yet.I already contacted [redacted] about the issue, and they removed the customer's negative feedback from our profile, as we could easily prove that it was unfounded.  After reviewing the customer's coercive and threatening messages (including similar ones left for other sellers), they advised we block him to prevent further contact or purchases.I would be happy to send tracking numbers or any other documentation you would like to see as proof of our version of these events.Please let me know if we can provide anything else for you.Thanks[redacted]
