There have been a few times where they didn't have what I was looking for but Donna and her team jumped right into action, located the specific item that I wanted, and offered to order it for me Pricing is a little higher than some online establishments, but once you get through the shipping, transfer/paperwork fees, and other costsyou are not really any better off buying online since they seem to come out in the wash
