Response: This person has not been a client or stepped foot in the facility for over monthsHer daughter was never enrolled at the facility, nor has she ever attended the program at the facilityOn the date mentioned, 5/1/2015, her daughter was in atendance at *** *** facilityHer son did atend this facilityThe director was not his teacher and had little contact with himAs for the demeaning talking and behavior which she has described, this is the same complaint she said about the second facility she had her son in and it is the reason why she moved him to this facilityHe was un-enrolled because the client went on maturnaity leaveBecause of bad behavior outside of the buisness and months after this client had left, the director felt it necessary to block this client from all personal social media and from the directors personal phoneThis client never attempted to call the business phone to obtain tax information or recordsA is a tax form needed for reporting various income and not expensesShe has never worked for meThis tax form is not neededAll customers have the business tax ID #It is included in the Parent HandbookThe director makes sure all past and present clients have this number for tax purposesThis particular client has been given the tax ID # and she already had the Tax ID # from when she filed her taxes the previous yearYes, the director is a thrifty shopperThis is what allows her to serve a high percentage of organic and gluten free meals to the children and employeesAll of the children are served nutritional well balanced mealsAll children are offered seconds of those mealsIf the child does not want to eat what is serve, we will not force the child to eatDuring special events, when cookies or cupcakes are served, each child gets only one servingFiltered water is not a state requirement, nor does any childcare facility in this area serve filtered water that we are aware ofThis facility does offer a avriety of liquids which includes Almond, Rice and Soy milk and 100% juice at meals and snacksThe director was given a small family pitcher water purifier by the client outside of the business as a present without stipulationsBleach is not used in the facility due to documented bleach allergies of the attendeesThe cleaners and sanitizers used at the facility are 100% approved by the state, STARS and health departmentDocumentation for this is availableThe desired outcome for me would be for this complaint to be withdrawn considering all of it is made up or exaggeratedI have been in childcare for over years and have never had a complaint to the Revdex.comThis client has had children for years and has gone through a nanny and three other facilitiesThis client has the desired tax ID # and has had it all alongThere will not be a refundThis client often "forgot" to pay and would leave town to vacatoin and "forget" to pay until they returnedThis client also did not bring in required supplies until it was pointed out to them in the Parent Handbook after several months of attendanceSent on: 2/29/11:49:PM

Response: This person has not been a client or stepped foot in the facility for over 8 months. Her daughter was never enrolled at the facility, nor has she ever attended the program at the facility. On the date mentioned, 5/1/2015, her daughter was in atendance at [redacted] facility. Her son did atend this facility. The director was not his teacher and had little contact with him. As for the demeaning talking and behavior which she has described, this is the same complaint she said about the second facility she had her son in and it is the reason why she moved him to this facility. He was un-enrolled because the client went on maturnaity leave. Because of bad behavior outside of the buisness and months after this client had left, the director felt it necessary to block this client from all personal social media and from the directors personal phone. This client never attempted to call the business phone to obtain tax information or records. A 1099 is a tax form needed for reporting various income and not expenses. She has never worked for me. This tax form is not needed. All customers have the business tax ID #. It is included in the Parent Handbook. The director makes sure all past and present clients have this number for tax purposes. This particular client has been given the tax ID # and she already had the Tax ID # from when she filed her taxes the previous year. Yes, the director is a thrifty shopper. I have been in childcare for over 20 years and have never had a complaint to the Revdex.com. This client has had children for 4 years and has gone through a nanny and three other facilities. This client has the desired tax ID # and has had it all along. There will not be a refund. This client often "forgot" to pay and would leave town to vacatoin and "forget" to pay until they returned.
