I have included the email correspondence between Jeanette, Cindy and myself in regards to this business transaction. It will document how we reached out to her company back in November 2014 (11 months before the requested date of the event I can provide phone records if needed) and was asked to reach out in April/May because we were "too early" and "there was enough time to complete". It will show the dates and time of interaction which will show that it was not "constant calling" but reasonable time frames of inquiry by email. She never stated that she never had a store front and never mentioned September as the date of fulfillment.  My "[redacted] email" which I have placed in bold shows not me being "nasty" but extreme frustration at the lack of professionalism and time frame of response in regards to my purchase and inquiry. When she stated that she could not make 1:30, I then inquired about what time they opened and I did not demand for them to wait to 2:30, as you will see in th email. There is nothing unreasonable about my request or nothing that was not discussed and promised by this company. She even gave a date of when the samples would be send and again never communicated that it would not be fulfilled. There was no time that we did not act in a respectful manner until the end.  Several times she states that she can do it and that its not a problem. Until the most recent emails which is the first she mentioned of "squeezing in my order" and then that she will not fulfill my order.  I am asking for an apology and fulfillment of my order.

Review: I reached out to this company for wedding favors back in April. When I contacted the shop they said that I did not have to come down to the [redacted] Location that they could ship the item to me that I would just have to pay for a sample and wait for an invoice. This invoice never came and I reached out in two weekend from my initial conversation and then again another month later with no response. Finally I emailed through their site and I received a response saying that they had several orders for the [redacted] of July weekend and would get back to me after this weekend. Once again It is now August and I have received no invoice or sample. I called again no response I emailed and they said for me to come pick it up at a specific time. I mentioned an alternative time and they stated that they would be closed. I asked for the time they open and the frustration of having to rearrange my schedule to make a trip and they come back saying that they can no longer fulfill my order because they are full and they were trying to "squeeze" my order. Which is the opposite of what was told to me stating that the wedding was during off season and they had more than enough time to fulfill. The lack of professionalism and communication made this experience horrific!!!Desired Settlement: I would like my sample as requested and an apology on the lack of communication and expectation (false promises made) made during my interaction with this company.
