Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They did not offer a reasonable solution I simply would like a discount on the incomplete rodHow could someone else get a full complete rod, and I have to settle for one with no proper rod case, I simply would accept a discount on the incomplete rodHow do they expect a customer to get an item on sale that is incomplete against a complete rodSom my question is that if there was one complete rod on sale, and an incomplete rod on sale with a different rod case should be sold much cheaper than the complete rod with the matching rod caseso, my solution would be to refund the cost of buying the proper rod case? I would settle for $discount off of the sale price, since it did not have the matching rod caseI should have paid $less than the purchase priceSo, I would settle for a $refund Regards, [redacted]

I apologize you are not satisfied with the offered resolution I understand you have used the rods and even though the rods are now in used condition I would still be pleased to provide you the full refund of $969.60, as originally offered, should you decide to return the products.
I cannot speak for the manufacturer *** and the products *** sent to you directly Additionally, I certainly value your opinions and feedback regarding our point of sale system, thank you for sharing this.

Dear Consumer,
I am sorry you are not pleased with the resolution I provided Per my first response to you we agreed to sell you: (1) *** *** ft weight rod, with (1) ***s rod tube, and (1) *** *** ft weight rod, with (1) *** rod tube, for the total purchase price including shipping of $ All of the agreed upon items have been sent to you.
I value your opinion - that you now feel the *** Rod with ***s rod tube, which you initially agreed to, is not complete and should be more deeply discounted by $dollars However, I do not concur with you and I will apply no further concession to the agreed upon price and already discounted sale items.
You agreed to the purchase of these items at the total purchase price of $and I consider this matter closed My previous offer to provide you the full refund of $for the return of the now used products is still available to you, should you like to consider this option This option will expire on Friday, 11/21/2014.

I am rejecting this response because:I have already using the rods, and I have no more time to deal with this, it has cost me a lot of time, and I have lost fly fishing trips over it, and I was lied to, and misled by the company telling me the the correct and matching rod tube and sock would be matching and completeI also believe that consumers should not have to put or send any additional amounts of money than what the sale price or advertised price is including tax and any shipping, it doesn't matter if your company refunds any money back, it is wrong to make consumer have to come up with any additional money to buy a good or service at the advertised priceit creates a hidden fee, that is unnecessary, it cost me time off the work resulting in loss of wages

I am rejecting this response because:I only agreed if the proper rod tube and sock were to be sent and corrected, and that never happened, and now they found out that the correct tube/sock could not be found or sent, then they should discount the sale items to reflect it. Thy agreed that they would be able to provide the proper rod tube/sock, and now they are not able to do so, they just simply want to ignore the matter.

Som my question is that if there was one complete rod on sale, and an incomplete rod on sale with a different rod case should be sold much cheaper than the complete rod with the matching rod case. so, my solution would be to refund the cost of buying the proper rod case? I would settle for $125 discount off of the sale price, since it did not have the matching rod case. I should have paid $125 less than the purchase price. So, I would settle for a $125 refund.
